Employment at NHCCU

NHCCU is a unique organization that offers challenging opportunities to its employees. Headquartered in the Denver metro area, with branches in Littleton, LoDo, and Centennial, we offer a friendly casual atmosphere.

Benefit Summary: 2006

NHCCU provides the following benefits to employees. These benefits are subject to change and should not be considered terms of employment.

Insurance benefits
Available to employees working at least 31 hours per week. Employees are eligible to participate the first of the month after 90 days of regular full-time employment. 

Health insurance
NHCCU pays 100% of the employee's premium.

Life insurance
NHCCU pays 100% of the premium for one and a half times salary to a maximum of $500,000 and a minimum of $10,000. 

Dental insurance
Voluntary coverage available.

Short-term Disability Available to employees the first of the month after 90 days of employment. Begins after 30 days of continuous disability. Coverage is 60% of weekly pay up to a maximum of $1,000 per week. Premiums are paid by NHCCU. 

Long-term Disability
Available to employees the first of the month after 90 days of employment. Begins after 90 days of continuous disability. Coverage is 60% of monthly pay up to a maximum of $6,000 per month. Premiums are paid by NHCCU. 

Tuition Assistance
NHCCU supports lifelong learning and offers reimbursement for specified expenses incurred in taking job-related coursework.

Retirement Plan
NHCCU offers 3% of pay as a basic contribution to all eligible employees. In addition, most employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Employees may begin voluntary contributions immediately upon hire. We will then match 100% of participant’s contribution up to an employee's 3%.
